Encrypted private data
Your data, including Chat Threads and Life Notes, is encrypted on our database.
Separate vault key
Your data can only be decrypted by Psyborg using a key stored in a separate vault. This means that your data is safe from being read by a random database snapshot, a stolen backup, or anyone with raw SQL access.
AI processing window
Your data is decrypted only when the AI model processes it for regular Psyborg operations. The AI model processes your messages and inputs to generate replies, automatically purging the raw details within 30 days.
Abuse and safety exceptions
The AI model only retains inputs and outputs for up to two years if automated systems flag the content for potential abuse, for example crime, self-harm, or mass violence.
Minimum useful profile
The AI model is given only enough access to your profile to be a useful tool for your growth. It connects to you through your first name and plan tier, with no internal account identifier or email.
Birth data stays yours
Your archetypal aspects are computed once upon onboarding. The birth date itself then stays in our encrypted database and is never sent to the AI model.
Birth Data And Transits
Your birth date remains yours.
As Psyborg evolves into a tool that helps you surf your personal spacetime, including understanding your current archetypal transits in relation to the broader cultural and market context, live transits are computed in our backend.
Those transits are delivered to the AI model as derived archetypal data, not raw birth coordinates.
Thus the birth date remains yours and encrypted, while still allowing Psyborg to help dynamically synthesize ongoing synchronicity to maximize creative growth potential.

Your Chat Threads are not read by humans as part of regular course of operations.
For the case of user or legal requests, keys for decrypting data are maintained by the Psyborg admin.
Your specific chat content is not used to train AI models without your explicit opt-in.
To improve Psyborg, we learn from aggregate usage signals and direct user feedback.
